Mother Nature

Although Marla used to sketch fashion designs and make Barbie clothes from colorful Kleenex tissues as a kid, before her adult professional work as a seamstress and designer, she was an Environmental Studies major at a local former women’s college.

And while it is difficult to be a 21st century First World environmental purist, Femelle Bridal does care deeply about Mother Nature and her non-human inhabitants. We do our very best to acquire fixtures, decor, and merchandise for our business that are sustainable, used, upcycled or vintage. Whenever possible, we try to reduce, reuse and recycle. We hope that, in addition to your wedding dress, you will consider other sustainable ways to celebrate your wedding day.
